Terms & Conditions For Private Car Service
- To avoid a full fare charge, notify Ryan Transport, L L C 24 hours before your picking-up time.
- There is no charge for waiting time up to 60 minutes for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights from touch down; after that, it is $90 per hour for a Sedan.
- If your airline cancels or changes your arrival flight, there is no charge for one time period.
- If your flight arrives earlier than scheduled, we'll try to adjust it for you, otherwise you'll have to wait until your driver reaches you.
- If you missed your connecting flight, we'll try to adjust it for you one time at no charge.
- For departure flights only: If you or your Airline cancel, there is a 50% fare charge before 12 hours of pickup time, and after that will be a full fare charge.
- There is a $65 off-peak surcharge between 12:29 AM & 4:59 AM.
- There is a $30 extra charge for any stop during the main route.
- When you booked your reservation, you agreed with Ryan Transport, LLC’s Terms & Conditions.
- Transportation service, airport transportation, and private car service in Newport Beach, Irvine, Lake Elsinore, and surrounding cities.
- Toll Roads and Express Lanes fares aren't included in your fare quotes and will be added.
